Circle Skirt Calculation Formula

Fabric Length = Waist Radius + Skirt Length

How Many Yards Do I Need for a Circle Skirt?
To calculate the yardage:
Calculate the diameter of the skirt: 2 * (Waist Radius + Skirt Length)
Compare this to the fabric width
Determine how many fabric widths are needed to accommodate the diameter
Convert the result to yards
